Hey all

I have had various questions from alot of complete Google Adwords newbies, so here are the core fundamentals of Google Adwords.

Google AdWords is a paid per click advertising model. The program makes it so that you can display ads on the internet that directly link to your own personal or business website. Your ad will show up when users search for a specific keyword or keyword phrase. You will only pay when someone clicks on your ad and thus visits your website. Google AdWords will not only gain potential customers for your website, but also a lot of traffic.

The first thing you have to do is create a Google AdWords account. Google will take you step-by-step through the entire process. Consider whether or not you want your product to sell worldwide or just in a specific country. You only want to get clicks from people who are in the market you are targeting. A minimum deposit of $5.00 is required to set up a Google AdWords account, and after making that deposit you can begin working on your ad campaign.

All Google ads must be completely in text. The title line must not exceed 25 characters, and you get two lines of 35 characters each for describing the product or service. The URL must also not exceed 35 characters. When you create your AdWords ad campaign, it’s very important to select the right keywords. You want keywords that people search for on a regular basis, and you want keywords that will accurately describe your product.

Creating a good ad is a very important aspect of a Google AdWords campaign. Consider using eye catching words such as “free” “sale” “tips,” and “new.” You can also get customers to click your ads by using ad copy that makes it seem like customers need to hurry to get the best price. Words like “limited time offer” will do just that. An effective ad also includes a call to action. Tell the searchers to do something like “click here” or “check this out” An advertisement that is concise, but striking will be sure to get the attention of internet searchers.

Google will evaluate how well your ad is performing after ever 1,000 ad impressions. There is a minimum required CTR (Click-Thru-Rate). If your ad falls below that minimum, Google will show your ad less. If your ad campaign really is not performing well, Google may take the next step and disable your campaign. You want a high CTR, but you also want targeted traffic. If your ads are too general, you will generate a lot of clicks, but not a lot of sales. Since you will be paying for every single click, it’s wise to take extra care to make sure your ad brings in targeted traffic.

Guys…

If you aren’t using giveaway events to build your opt-in list – then you owe it to yourselves to check out the power of giveaway events.

I had never previously thought of using giveaway events, but a friend of mine informed me of how effective they are.

How it works, is that you can sign up to each giveaway event for free, then upload your free gift. Once this is done, other people can browse your free gifts and decide to opt-in.

However you really need to be careful about which ones you choose, as unfortunately alot of giveaway events don’t get enough traffic to be worth bothering with. However if you see any giveaways hosted by the big names:

Reed Florin

Guidor Nasbaum

Jason James

I am currently participating in one of Reed Florin’s  giveaway events, and it really seems to be working:

Any questions please feel free to ask.

The Internet has made it so that you can make a lot of money if you just have the right skills and are willing to put some work in. There are a variety of ways to make money on the net, but one of the best and perhaps most profitable is making money with Google Adwords.

Google Adwords is basically a method of internet advertising that utilizes specific keywords. Marketers pay each time a potential customer clicks an ad. That’s why Google adwords is also known as pay-per-click advertising.

Google has specific Adword tools that are used to research what key words get the most web traffic. Because the research is so thorough infinding out what people are actually looking for on the web, and it is so easy to compose a simple Adword advertisement, many people are able to profit immensely from Google Adwords.

Taking action to begin to make money with this program is simple. There are only a few steps in the process. However, first it’s important to dissect the three major ways you can use Google Adwords. You can use it to promote your own products or services. You can use it to promote someone else’s products. You can also use Adwords to test new offline business concepts such as ad copy, ideas, brand names and headlines.

To get started with Adwords you’ll need a Google Adwords account. If you are not selling your own products, you will have to sign up as an affiliate so you can advertise someone else’s products. You can try signing up with some of the popular affiliate marketplaces such as ClickBank or Paydotcom.
